7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
b. Other Ringl Messenger users. When you communicate and share certain information (such as your online status and status message, profile name and photo) via Ringl Messenger with other Ringl Messenger users or interact with public sections of our Services, such information may be viewed by other Ringl Messenger users who may be located outside the country where you live and may also be publicly made available outside of our Services in perpetuity. To perform this instruction given to us by you on the basis of the Terms
Further, Ringl Messenger users with whom you communicate may store, re-share your information with others on or through our Services or even outside our Services.
c. Law Enforcement and Government Agencies. We may disclose your personal data stored by us where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, criminal investigations, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal processes, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements), any alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you or any other Ringl Messenger user to liability.
d. We may also disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to
(a) prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our Terms
and other posted policies;
(b) investigate, prevent and address fraud, and other illegal activity, security or technical issues;
(c) protect the rights, property, safety of Ringl Messenger users, us and our Group; (d) or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
e. New Owners - Change of Control. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
f. Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your information with Third-Party Service Providers (defined below) who (i) facilitate our Services; (ii) provide and perform with their services on and through our Services; and (iii) help to analyze how our Services are used.
